About a mile from their home in East Oakland, while on what was to be an ordinary trip from the supermarket ,Perla Avina, 30, was shot in the head.
She was with her husband when the engraged driver pulled out a gun and fired multiple times. Avina was in the passengers seat.
According to police reports, the other motorist didn’t like the way Avina’s husband was driving so he fired shots at them.
Her husband sped home to get help, but sadly, Avina died in the driveway.
