An angry gradmother from Albuquerque, NM, has been charged for allegedly choking her grandaughter while shopping at a J.C. Penney in new mexico.
Diana Hendren appeared stressed out and grabbed the child by the throat after she dropped money on the floor, police said. Workers reportedly stepped in dialing 911, after hearing the child screaming, “Don’t choke me.”
Hendren is currently facing child abuse charges.
