Authorities reported that she was outside the library of a government school in western Nigeria on Wednesday, when this female suicide bomber killed herself and injured three others.
“The girl or woman was inside the Federal College of Education at Katongora and approaching the library when the explosion went off around 12:45 p.m. local time Wednesday, said Police Deputy Superintendent Ibrahim A. Gambari.”
This was the first attack of this type in more than 2 years in this area of Nigeria.
