Holmes’ from Shallotte, North Carolina and a mother of 4 children, one of whom has cerebral palsy, thought “she was going to have a heart attack”, when she saw her ticket.
In an interview for WECT, she said the first thing she’s doing with her money is “paying her tides, wouldn’t have nothing if it weren’t for god.”
