    Woman shot by toddler while on zoom call

    21 year old Shamaya Lynn was shot by her toddler while she was on a zoom call.

    According to CNN, a statement was made by Altamont Springs police, “A person on the call dialed 911 when Lynn fell backward after a child appeared in the background and participants on the call heard a noise,
    Paramedics tried to aid Ms. Lynn, but sadly recieved a fatal shot to her head. Someone had left the loaded gun in an unsecured location and her toddler found it.

    Nicole Winchip, a Hobbe Sound, Florida resident found the ring in a Publix parking lot. According to WPCT she gave the ring to the Publicx store just in case the owner would come back for it.
    Since then 2 years passed with noone claiming what Winchip described as a sentimental piece of jewely since it has 5 names insribed on the inside.
    Winchip is quoted by Wbctv “finding it had five names engraved on the sides, which she believes could be names of the owner’s children along with their birthstones…
    As a mom, I would hope somebody would come forward and return something I lost, especially a sentimental ring like this,” Winchip said.

    Winchip is Hoping that the latest publicity about this ring will help its owner find it.


  • Kamala Harris is our new Vice President Elect

    A new chapter has begun for the United States,  a Woman Vice President has been elected. The United States has come full circle in this moment, in 1964 when Kamala Harris was born,  in many southern states voting for black woman was made made difficult or often blocked for them. Fifty-six years later, Kamala Harris is the first woman and the first woman of color to be elected.

    Harris was born in Oakland, California, on October 20, 1964. A daughter of two immigrants, her  mother, Shyamala Gopalan, a biologist, had arrived in the U.S. from Tamil Nadu in India, a graduate student at the University of California,  Berkeley.  Her father, Donald J. Harris, is a Stanford University professor emeritus of economics, who arrived in the U.S. from British Jamaica for graduate study at UC Berkeley.

    Harris is a 1986 Howard University Graduate, she then went onto Graduate From Law School, at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.

    According to a  Reuter’s video, because of the worldwide interest in toilet paper, She decided to display her collection and the multiple varieties on youtube. Gudehus explains the differences in each roll and people are loving it.

    A Denny’s Waitress from Texas who walked a 14 mile round trip to work was surprised with a new car by her customers.

    Adriana Edwards, from Galveston, Texas usually walked 14 miles on foot to her job, but that changed when a generous couple purchased a car for her after finding our about her commute.

    According to an interview by cbs, Edwards’ customers might have been impressed with the service she provided because after finishing their meal, they returned later that day with a 2011 Nissan Sentra, telling her the car was for her.
