“The unidentified woman, described as in her 20s, was relieving herself between cars around 2:30 a.m. on a southbound No. 4 train at 42nd Street and Lexington Avenue in Grand Central Terminal when the train started moving out of the station and the woman lost her balance, sources said. She fell onto the tracks and was run over.”
The unidentified woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
