Meet the new President and Vice President Barbie

Mattel introduced this new line of Barbies in partnership with an organization, SheShouldRun, whose mission is to help more women get into elected offices and explore more leadership roles.

“We are excited about partnering with the Barbie brand given its reach and influence to encourage girls everywhere to unlock their leadership potential.” Erin Loos Cutraro, co-founder and CEO of She Should Run, said.

According to Mattel the dolls “represent Barbie’s first all-female ticket and are part of the brand’s careers line, which aims to expose girls to inspiring careers and empowered roles.”

The new line of Barbies: Pbotus and VPbotus are already being sold on Mattel’s website.
