Most people say they look better with a tan, but when tanning gives you skin cancer you might want to rethink tanning altogether. Tawny Willoughby posted this selfie showing before and after skin cancer, the photo went viral. Willoughby was a frequent tanner as a teen, got melanoma at 21. She posted pictures of her treatment in hopes of stopping others from tanning.
